Client: Dirkzwager Lawyers & Notaries | Arnhem, January 2016
Assignment: new interior design entrance area; reception rooms and meeting center
The design of M+R interior architecture for the location opposite the Dirkzwager head office in Arnhem is a model for the look & feel of the organization.
M+R has translated the corporate identity of Dirkzwager into a recognizable interior concept. In line with the Bordelaise building, the entrance to the head office has been renovated and refurbished. For the welcome of the visitors, it was investigated which position of the counter is the best solution. The counter is designed as a large table where the workplaces of the employees can be adjusted in height to a standing workplace. The rear wall with specially shaped felt and the Dirkzwager logo complete the picture.
The entrance is multifunctional, so the large college room is located in the side wing. This room can be flexibly arranged for different large groups. For the reception of visitors, the entrance is equipped with wardrobes, etc. and a large foyer room with a coffee bar, a reading table, various seating areas and flexible work places. A number of consultation rooms are situated behind the bar, out of sight so that it guarantees the privacy of visitors. The color combination with orange as the basis and the materialization in teak wood stands for the recognizable identity of Dirkzwager.
