For Mazars Breda, M+R has developed and designed a complete revitalization plan for the current office building. The office building from the late 1980s has new façade sections, with more glass including an upgrade of the Rc value of the facade. The installations have also been improved, resulting in substantial energy savings> energy label C.
A new entrance with a representative canopy gives the building a whole new appearance. Together with Mazars, an innovative working environment was chosen, the interior of the building has been completely renewed; in the basement a meeting center has been realized, on the ground floor a Plaza with work and consultation areas and a food and work café. The 1st and 2nd floors are equipped as a flexible working environment with a diversity of work and consultation areas. The installation of floor recesses has created a more transparent and open building and there is more interaction between the different floors.
