Miele Insperience Center

Client: Miele - Vianen, September 2008

Assignment: Product presentation space for Miele with lounge and restaurant.

 

The new Miele Inspirience Center had to promote the core values of the well-known German brand: quality, innovation, sustainability, functionality and good design. The very first washing machines, developed from oak churns, served as a source of inspiration for the design of the lounge and restaurant. The round staves and oak are reflected in the shape and finish of the interior. Natural elements such as water and fire were translated into aquariums and an impressive fireplace of eight meters in length.

 
Each product group is presented in its own atmosphere in the presentation rooms. The furniture on which the products are exhibited are finished with mother-of-pearl lacquer: a lacquer that looks soft and warm and at the same time radiates great perfection.
