With the experiences of innovative and flexible working, M+R has designed a hybrid working environment for the 'flagship' office of BDO South Netherlands in the new office building Bold on Strijp S in Eindhoven.
The new innovative office environment for BDO Eindhoven 'Flagship office' is home to the locations in Tilburg; 's-Hertogenbosch, Breda | Roosendaal and Maastricht.

NEW HYBRID WORKING ENVIRONMENT
The innovative office in Eindhoven offers space for meeting, collaborating, sharing knowledge, etc. in a total of almost 5,000 m2 of office space. There are many facilities for BDO's Lines of services such as scrum; presentation and meeting rooms. Various workplace concepts are a BDO app can be reserved by employees and is in line with BDO's vision that people can work at the office, at the customer or from home.
The entrance to the building was designed by M+R to suit a neutral multi-tenant
appearance with various seating areas, a reception and meeting rooms. A dining-work café is also located on this ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen based entirely on local, healthy and organic food. There are several seating areas where you can work in addition to having a meal. There is a separate bar with, among other things, a football game and darts.
On the first floor there are several meeting rooms and a coffee bar with various seating areas where people can work and meet in an informal atmosphere. This space is connected to an open loft and stairs. Part of the 1st floor is designed as a flexible working environment with various open and closed workplaces. We have created voids centrally in this part of the building during the design phase of the building and a spacious open staircase has been designed for a direct connection to the 2nd floor; 3rd and 4th floor.
This central space is designed as a BDO living room with a large pantry, great coffee and tea, various seating areas, various workplaces and lots of greenery. The number and type of workplaces have been carefully determined together with the employees in co-creation sessions so that it optimally matches the way of working, with a clear focus on collaboration and social cohesion of the various lines of services within the BDO South organization. There are also concentration workplaces and quiet areas, but fewer in number because concentrated work can also be practiced from the home workplace.
The new office is located in the vibrant new Strijp S district and, with its location, appearance and unique office furnishings and design, is an attractive building that employees enjoy coming to. BDO's new hybrid office strengthens the 'we feeling' and radiates professionalism and pride.
