Desque found shelter in the Philips Klokgebouw on Strijp-S in Eindhoven. This former Philips factory is an impressive industrial monument. The industrial environment formed an inspiring starting point for the renovation. Transforming a production location into a true design centre where creative companies can develop in an impressive monumental environment is a wonderful challenge.

RENOVATE AND REDEVELOP MONUMENTAL BUILDING
The choice for a clear structure, lines and sustainable materialisation of the interior ensures that it forms a natural whole with the industrial environment. The concrete structure is the most important component, this has been stripped down to the concrete. A special entrance, a vide with the sculptural staircase that seamlessly transitions into a raised area in the space for meeting, consultation, orientation and relaxation is central. From this place one has a beautiful overview of the furnishing products that DESQUE carries in its programme, everything around it is as if untouched and recessive so that these design products receive all the attention.
