Complete interior design of a luxury villa featuring spacious living areas and an exceptionally large basement with parking facilities. The focus was on creating striking visual concepts and carefully selecting high-quality materials to achieve an exclusive and cohesive finish.
Set in an exceptional location, this new villa has been designed as a cohesive whole where living, relaxation, and a passion for rare cars come together naturally. The design is characterized by a clear spatial layout, high-quality materials, and a strong connection between the different levels of the home.
Description:
The basement features a spacious parking area for luxury cars, designed as an integral part of the living experience. The cars are not merely parked here, but displayed. Adjacent to this is a bar and lounge, strategically positioned to offer a direct view of the collection. This creates a unique setting where relaxation and mobility complement each other. This level is further complemented by a fitness area and supporting facilities, making the basement an active and social space within the home.
The ground floor is designed as an open and light living level, where the living spaces flow seamlessly into one another. The living room and spacious kitchen together form the heart of the home, with large window openings that create a strong visual and physical connection to the outdoors. The interior design is modern and warm, striking a careful balance between clean lines and natural materials. Adjacent to this is an extensive wellness area with an indoor pool, which adds tranquility and comfort to daily life and creates a direct connection between the interior and relaxation.
Structurally, a sustainable construction using CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber) was chosen, creating a bio-based and efficient load-bearing structure. This wooden framework gives the interior a natural look and contributes to a pleasant indoor climate. The whole is crowned with a thatched roof, which lends the villa a understated and timeless character and harmoniously anchors the structure within its surroundings.
The upper floor is designed as a private zone, housing several bedrooms. Each bedroom features its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring a high level of comfort and privacy. The spaces are carefully oriented and designed, with attention to light, sightlines, and spatial tranquility.
