A healthy environment for focus, connection and mental resilience

At Wijchenseweg 102 in Nijmegen, the renewed Forvis Mazars office has now been successfully completed and is fully operational. What began as a redevelopment evolved into a complete sustainable transformation: an innovative, circular and people-centred workplace, designed by M+R interior architecture.

Forvis Mazars occupies the ground floor and first floor of the building. A new staircase and void connect these levels, creating an open and welcoming layout that encourages interaction and makes collaboration feel natural.
The ground floor forms the social heart of the office, featuring a warm reception area, contemporary meeting rooms, an eat-work café and flexible touchdown workspaces. The first floor is designed as a dynamic work environment with a variety of settings — from quiet zones and phone booths to team spaces and focus areas. Each space supports a different way of working.

At the core of the design is the healthy environment. Through the use of daylight, greenery, natural materials and soft colour tones, the workplace promotes concentration and strengthens mental resilience. It is an environment that brings calm, provides energy and supports pleasant, effective working.
With this hybrid workplace concept, Forvis Mazars responds to the evolving demands of the modern world of work. Flexibility, wellbeing and productivity come together in a future-ready office that invites employees to meet in person, connect and grow together.

The result: an inspiring, circular working environment where design, functionality and people take centre stage — ready for today and tomorrow.
